The duplexer has been tuned!
HUGE THANKS to ABØXI (Terry) for tuning the duplexer for me! We are back on the air!
Due to the duplexer being incorectly tuned and the repeater running the whole time, it damaged the receive radio and I swapped it out for a CM300. KFØUOG (Dave) also donated a CM200 that is now the transmit radio. This will replace the older Kenwood TK-840 radios and increase the transmit power of the repeater from ~25 watts up to ~45 watts. This upgrade was performed on 5-23-26. The next next step is fixing the quiet and quite frankly incomplete audio signals from the receive radio and the Pi controller. It sounds like it's cutting the highs and upper mids out of the signal somehow and turning on flat audio out of the receive radio causes a bunch of static to come across after the receive radio drops COS but before the roger tone happens so we kepts it on filtered audio, which makes it sound the way it does now. I just have to swap out a few components on the audio signal side of the controller and it should bring the audio levels back up quite a bit.
This is the current coverage map that we have populated with the recent testing.
Thank you KFØUOG for helping with that.
